a single-function packed interface. The focus of this project was mainly the enhancement
of product and asset lifecycle management.

  • The existing workflows were broken and confused the users.
    A consistent experience of registration, licensing, and renewal
    across products was required.
  • A comparative view of threat activities was missing. Real-time investigation of the threats that adds to the knowledge of the
    user was another unmatched requirement.
  • The product lacked in providing contextual guidance at each step, resulting in a dependency on customer support. In addition, there was substantial training cost involved in onboarding a new user.
  • User-centric Information hierarchy was absent in the previous designs affecting the productivity of users.
