Growth Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a proactive, sharp, and dynamic Growth Marketing Strategist to drive our lead generation and nurturing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales, is data-driven, and excels at creating personalized and effective campaigns. You will take charge of crafting and executing outbound marketing strategies that generate warm, qualified leads and nurture them.

You will work on:

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:
    • Develop and implement drip campaigns and nurture plans tailored to specific audience segments.
    • Identify, qualify, and generate warm leads through personalized outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to define and execute a seamless conversion plan for qualified leads.
    • Research and identify target personas using LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute outbound email campaigns, cold outreach, and social media engagement strategies.
    • Craft compelling messaging for emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other communication channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, response rates) and optimize for better outcomes.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Organize and execute events, webinars, and workshops to engage prospects and drive lead acquisition.
    • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including promotion, registration, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and continuously improve strategies.
    • Maintain a database of leads and prospects, ensuring clean, accurate, and up-to-date records.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and design teams to align messaging and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
    • Provide the sales team with marketing insights, prospect data, and strategies for targeted outreach.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Proactively engage with prospects to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
    • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring communication is clear and effective.

You will love the role if you have:

  • Technical Skills: 
    • Proven experience in outbound marketing, B2B lead generation, or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
    • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and any email marketing tools like MailChimp.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track and measure campaign success.
  • Soft Skills: 
    • Sharp communication skills: Ability to craft clear, compelling, and personalized messaging.
    • Analytical mindset: Comfort in working with data to derive insights and optimize campaigns.
    • Proactive and resourceful: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
    • Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy and consistency in all communications and campaigns.
    • Sales-oriented mindset: Understands the sales funnel and contributes to driving conversions.

Preferred qualifications: MBA in Marketing or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in sales/marketing or demand generation roles, preferably in B2B industries.

Bonus: Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and experience organizing and managing events like webinar
