HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive, fast-moving, and sharp-thinking HR Generalist who can efficiently manage HR operations, drive key HR initiatives, and support business growth.

Reporting to: Delivery head
Experience: 3 to 6 years
mode of work Pune

  • Experience in TA and HR Ops, Employee engagement, legal and statutory compliances

You will work on:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and performance management systems.
  • Handle exit processes, full & final settlements, and employee queries efficiently.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

  • Support hiring managers in attracting and recruiting top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage offer rollouts, background verification, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist in workforce planning, internal mobility, and role transitions.

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to build a strong, collaborative culture across remote and on-site teams
  • Plan and execute employee well-being programs, events, and leadership connects.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Aware of  HR best practices and legal requirements, proactively advising leadership on necessary changes.
  • Support audits and reporting related to HR and workforce management.

  • 3-6 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and talent acquisition in India.
  • Ability to engage with leadership teams and employees while managing remote workforce challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in a design, technology, or consulting firm is a plus

Preferred qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource or a related field.
