Senior User Experience Researcher
We are seeking a seasoned user research expert to join our UX research and design team. The ideal candidate will lead strategic research initiatives, inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment, and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals and client needs. Critical selection criteria:
- Proven Expertise:At least 7 years of hands-on experience in user research, with a track record of delivering insights that align with business objectives, client expectations, and organizational goals.
- UCD Mastery:Advanced understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, with the ability to integrate research findings into strategic product development. A strong portfolio of UCD artifacts is required.
- Research Proficiency:Skilled in contextual inquiries, usability testing, surveys, task analysis, and both qualitative and quantitative methods, enabling a proactive approach to uncovering user needs.
- Data-Driven Insights:Exceptional ability to synthesize research data into actionable recommendations that drive product success and client satisfaction.
- Project Leadership:Demonstrated success in managing multiple research projects across B2B, B2E, websites, web applications, and mobile devices, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Strategic Impact:Proven ability to turn research insights into strategic recommendations that guide design and business decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management, with the ability to foster alignment between internal teams, clients, and business goals.
- Adaptability:A forward-thinking mindset, staying ahead of emerging UX research trends and refining practices to enhance business value.
- Availability: Ready to join within 10–15 days to ensure timely onboarding and immediate contribution to the team.
You will work on:
- Define Research Goals: Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies, user needs, and measurable success criteria.
- Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct detailed studies into user needs, goals, pain points, and workflows using methodologies like contextual inquiries, ethnographic studies, and interviews.
- Develop Research Plans: Design comprehensive research strategies, selecting methods like usability testing, A/B testing, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability testing to assess product effectiveness and accessibility. Use findings to identify areas for improvement and provide a foundation for design decisions.
- Synthesize and Share Insights: Transform complex research data into actionable design recommendations that enhance user workflows and align with business objectives. Effectively communicate findings through reports, visualizations, workshops, or interactive discussions to foster understanding, alignment, and informed decision-making among stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research findings directly inform product requirements and feature prioritization.
- Drive Research Innovation: Contribute to the development of research proposals, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance organizational research capabilities. Stay updated on global UX trends and best practices.
- Measure Research Impact: Post-implementation, assess the effectiveness of design changes, measuring their impact on user satisfaction, business metrics, and operational efficiency.
You Will Love This Role If You Have

- Strong presentation skills (both written and verbal), including proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle and how research integrates into the design process.
Preferred qualifications: BDes/MDes, BE/BTech, or degrees in psychology, cognitive science, human factors, HCI, or related fields.
Bonus: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple research projects and teams.
