A system that discovers the WHY of a problem is an intelligent system, which became the main theme while crafting designs and letting technology surface data for the users.
Holistic connections
The overall idea behind the design is to focus on 'Why' things go wrong, enabling the system to learn from it and provide 'Proactive' solutions the next time. Where it automatically improves conditions by learning and providing the right information.
Each element in the design is focused on establishing holistic connections with all micro-systems and users across the entire eco-system.
Design inspiration
The intricate smart system complexity, combined with the objective to simplify for the users, prompted to draw inspiration from a Jellyfish. Like the jellyfish's tentacles functioning as distinct nervous systems, yuj designed integrated user dashboards as the city's central nervous system. The beauty of the design lies in the fluid flow of multiple streams of communication and the system’s ability to solve problems efficiently.
Visual storytelling
The team addressed as many senses possible through the concept, interactions and visual language of this platform. It weaves together an experience of a smart concept and an intuitive human interaction, asserting the idea of the smart city as a breathing, living space. The application uses just the right amount of interactions, so as to avoid overwhelming the user.
